Elevated Liver Enzymes In Pregnancy
Dear doctors, There is a patient G2 L1 with prev normal delivery with 37 wks gestation..She complains of pedal edema gradually increasing. Her bp is normal, urine alb traces but her liver enzymes are gradually increasing; SGOT and SGPT around 220, alk phosphatase 500, LDH 550, albumin 5 ( mildly decreased); USG shows mild hepatomegsly with grade 1 fatty chance. Mild splenomegaly. What is the cause of this? And how should I manage it?
