No, to ensure privacy and security of data, ActiveMD Online Care sessions are neither recorded nor stored.

ActiveMD Online Care is not a referral service and does not refer clients to providers. Providers in our network are encouraged, and expected, to introduce ActiveMD Online Care to their current clients as a convenient alternative to face-to-face sessions. To help you educate your clients about online video counseling, we provide you with the tools at no charge to you. You can promote your skills on the personal website that we help you create. You can send health tips that will promote your practice. You can also give free sessions to increase awareness in the patient community.

New clients who visit ActiveMD Online Care in search of video counseling may choose you as their provider. Because of this, many providers in our network have grown their practice due to their affiliation with ActiveMD Online Care.

As a provider in ActiveMD Online Care's network, you manage your own schedule and can conduct as many sessions on ActiveMD Online Care as you wish. However, after an introductory period, providers in our network are expected to conduct a minimum of 5-15 sessions a month.

ActiveMD Online Care is enabled for e-orders prescriptions, tests, treatments). For this you need to sign up for the paid service that allows you to legally sign a document.
