Yes, if the ACTIVEMD ONLINE CARE  doctor believes medication is warranted, he or she can write a prescription for non-narcotic medications (i.e. no controlled substances), which can be sent directly sent to the linked pharmacy for execution. You can convert it into a purchase order online for fulfillment. As soon your consultation is over, your prescription will be sent electronically to the associated ActiveMeds Pharmacy. A provider signed copy of the prescription becomes a part of your online medical records. A copy of the prescription is also sent to your Message center. All prescriptions are fully compliant and include all required information.

Physicians can only prescribe appropriate medications online. When treating patients online, physicians cannot prescribe:
